Distracted Driving is an issue that most people realize is wrong, yet they still think they are invincible. This script was written to help show that distracted driving can be deadly, especially when you least expect it. The script is written with limited dialogue to create an emotional response through visuals.

Educating kids about the drug epidemic is extremely important…but educating parents is equally so. EVP Head Writer Darcie King was tasked with finding a way to bring this message home to parents, in a way they could watch with their teenagers, in order to encourage open conversations. This video looks at the issue from the perspectives of both a teacher and a child talking directly to the parents about their battle with drugs.

Writing to educate & inform can be tricky at times, especially when your audience is mainly teenagers. This project was done in conjunction with the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office and Lacey Township High School. The script was a combined effort between all parties, with Darcie King overseeing the writing team.

The Digital Nurse is a life saving device that was in the midst of a crowd sourcing campaign. The goal of this video was to educate the public on the need for this device and convince them to support the campaign. The script includes both an on-camera appearance from the founder as well as a couple of short scripted vignettes to show the power of this device.
